Feuille de Caviar

Now available!

With its sophisticated flavour, iridescent black colour and distinctive pearly surface, this unique product stands out from the crowd. The "Feuille de Caviar" is made by pressing Oona Caviar into blocks which are then smoked and cut into small bars, producing a highly individual consistency and structure. It has a bitter, smoky flavour and distinctive notes of caviar on the finish.

Feuille de Caviar should be used in a similar way to truffles and is best suited as a sophisticated addition to dishes such as risotto, pasta or seared sturgeon fillet – simply grate, shave or slice finely and add to the dish.

4th CaviArt limited edition

CaviArt has created an exclusive design for "Oona N°103 – traditionnel". Every year, new limited edition packaging is created for Oona - pure Swiss Alpine caviar by Swiss designers, artists or gourmands who espouse the same values as Oona of Swissness, authenticity and sustainability.

The 4th CaviArt limited edition was designed by Gregory Knie. He has used splatter painting to create a symbiosis of brightly coloured shapes – a combination of circus flair and caviar, or as he puts it, "Ohlala and Oona".
