Start of the caviar season

18 September 2019, from 6 p.m. | Start the 2019/2020 caviar season with us. Visit Tropenhaus Frutigen where Oona – pure Swiss Alpine caviar is made, and be one of the first to sample the delights of the newly harvested caviar. Find out more about breeding fish and producing caviar, and experience for yourself the world of Oona.
