Delivery is made via Swiss Post’s overnight express service —Tuesday through Saturday between 7 and 9 a.m. (no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays, including the day following a holiday).
Recommended delivery days: Tuesday through Friday
- Shipping costs: CHF 15 (up to 30 kg)
- Free shipping: on orders of CHF 250 or more
- Order deadline for next-day delivery: 3 p.m.
- Presence required for parcel acceptance (refrigerated product)
Germany and Austria
Deliveries are made via GO! Express– Tuesday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.(no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays, including the day following a holiday).

- Germany and Austria: EUR 20
- Free shipping on orders of $280 or more
- Order deadline for next day delivery: 9 am
