Use of Google Analytics
We hereby inform you that this Website uses the Google Analytics code “gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to enable the anonymization of IP addresses (IP masking). If IP address anonymization is activated on our websites, in EU and EEA member states Google truncates your IP address prior to transmission.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information to analyse your usage of our websites, compile reports on website activities for us and provide us with additional services relating to usage of the website and Internet use.
The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google. Google will only share this data with third parties if legally required to do so, or for the purposes of contract data processing. Under no circumstances will Google combine your data with other data collected by Google.
By using this website, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you by Google and the aforementioned method of data processing and the purpose indicated. You can prevent the storage of cookies by changing the settings on your browser software. Moreover, you can prevent your data being collected and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available from the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Use of social plugins
Plugins for the social network Facebook are used on our web pages. These plugins are operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").
If you access one of our web pages that has a plugin, a connection to the Facebook servers will be automatically created. The content of that plugin will then be transferred to your browser and integrated into the website display. It will also inform us which of our web pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a Facebook user when you do this, Facebook will assign this information to your personal user account.
Usage-based online advertising
This website anonymously collects and processes information about your usage patterns (e.g. which subpages you accessed during your visit). Moreover, contracted providers (contract data processors, e.g. data centres or lettershops) may be used to manage the websites or send letters or e-mails. Such providers are bound by our instructions. All contract data processors only receive personal data to the extent to which you have consented to data processing and use, and will only have access to the data for as long as necessary in order to provide the service.
Right of objection and inspection
You are entitled to object to the storage of your personal data at any time, unless there are contractual or legal reasons that prevent this.
You are entitled to information about your stored data free of charge, on request. Furthermore, you have the right to request the correction, deletion or blocking of your data. Occasionally, there may be legal provisions, particularly in regard to data for billing and accounting purposes, that prevent this.
The data will be deleted to the extent and as long as its storage is not necessary for the aforementioned reasons.
The personal data you provided when contacting us or placing an order will be used to send marketing content by e-mail. You can object to this use of your data at any time by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
