Packaging and delivery
Terms of delivery and delivery times (Kopie)
- We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (other countries on request).
- Delivery by night express using the Swiss Post.
- The shipment costs are CHF 25 for an order quantity of up to 30 kg. From CHF 280 you benefit from free shipping.
- Latest ordering time for next day deliveries is 3 p.m.
- Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Saturday approximately from 7 to 9 a.m. by the Swiss Post, except bank holidays.
- The package must be received in person.
- No delivery is possible Sundays and Mondays.
Packaging
- Your caviar or fish order is enclosed in a polystyrene box and refrigerated with ice pads. This ensures that you receive the goods in perfect condition.
- The delivery note and all necessary additional information are attached to the package in the document bag.
- The polystyrene box is closed and transported to your delivery address by the post office on the date desired by you.
