Oona Caviar wins double gold at the Black Pearl Awards 2026 in Gstaad
Oona Caviar was awarded double gold at the inaugural Black Pearl Awards in Gstaad, placing it among the standout winners of the first edition.
In an international field with numerous categories and strong competition, Oona Caviar secured gold in two of the most competitive categories, Fresh Siberian and Fresh Ossetra:

The evaluation took place as part of a blind tasting conducted by an international jury of Michelin- and GaultMillau-starred chefs. All caviars were assessed under identical conditions and without brand identification, with particular focus on texture, grain, shine and taste.
This double award confirms the consistent international recognition of Oona Caviar. Following multiple awards at the World Caviar Awards 2025 in Monaco, these results mark a continuation of this path and further strengthen Oona’s position in the international premium segment.
